The Richards Majestic building is based on the Constellation Place skyscraper in Los Angeles, California. The Constellation Place building, formerly known as the MGM Tower is a 35-story skyscraper in Century City.
The Richards Majestic building is a little shorter than its real-life counterpart. This building is located near Weazel Plaza. It has a helipad on its roof and is named after Richards Majestic Productions, Solomon Richards' movie studio.
This building plays no role in the storyline of GTA 5. However one of the fifteen Knife Flights are performed between the Richards Majestic building and The Weazel Plaza.
In GTA Online, apartments 2, 4, and 51 are available for purchase through Dynasty8realestate.com.
