Rockford Plaza is based on the Beverly Center shopping mall in Beverly Hills, California. It is a very large shopping plaza located in Burton and has the underground Burton station of the Los Santos Transit located near the main entrance of Rockford Plaza. Carcer way goes through the plaza.
The only accessible store at the plaza is the Ponsonbys store among other expensive clothing stores. It is listed on Grand Theft Auto V's Shopping & Glamour section of its website as one of the three places you can shop in. Michael can be seen dropping off Tracey or Jimmy at the Vinewood Bar & Grill, when switching to Michael.
The Rockford Plaza appears in the mission Doting Dad when he meets Tracey to track down her stalker.
