Wei Cheng In GTA 5

Wei Cheng was born in Yangshan, China and later went on to become the leader of the Los Santos triads. By 2013, they set up their business in Los Santos and had been looking forward to expanding their business by collaborating with Trevor Philips Industries. Wei Cheng has three children and is related to the CEO of Cheng Family Holdings, Mr. Cheng. His girlfriend is the Vice president of his business and he looks forward to grooming Tao Cheng to take ownership of his business in the future.

In the mission Trevor Philips Industries, Wei Cheng sends his son Tao Cheng along with a translator to meet with Trevor and check out his meth lab. Unfortunately the Aztecas attack Trevor’s meth lab in retaliation for attacking/killing their leader Ortega. Trevor hides Tao Cheng and his translator in a freezer near the lab and deals with the Aztecas along with Chef. Due to this the triads turn towards the O’Neil brothers looking to collaborate with them. Upon learning this Trevor goes and burns down the O’Neil ranch, killing the O’Neil brothers.

Wei Cheng, angered by these actions of Trevor, sends his men to summon Trevor but this happens while Trevor is leaving for North Yankton to visit Michael’s fake grave. Cheng’s men follow Michael to North Yankton and get to the grave. Trevor flees from the scene leaving Michael all alone, resulting in Michael getting kidnapped by them as they assume he is Trevor’s lover. Franklin Clinton rescues Michael at the last moment just before he can get cut into half by a meat cutting machine.

At the end, Franklin is sent to kill Cheng in The Third Way. Wei Cheng is located along with his son Tao who are seen driving off from the Beach at Pacific Bluffs. Franklin does the deed and informs Michael and Trevor.

Wei Cheng is only seen dressed in all black clothes that include a shirt, formal trousers, a jacket, and formal shoes, all in black. He has fine gray hair and a good build for a man in his 50s.
