The Earth Daimyo is from the Land of Water and was a Daimyo till the Naruto Shippuden era. He is one of the supporting characters in the Naruto anime series and manga that was written and illustrated by Masashi Kishimoto.

The Earth Daimyo first appeared when the five great shinobi nations’ meeting was held to give approval for the Allied Shinobi Forces to fight against Madara Uchiha and Obito Uchiha, who declared war against the shinobi world in the Five Kage Summit in the Land of Iron.
When the Lighting Daimyo and the Water Daimyo hesitate to give power and approval to the Alliance forces, he tells them to hurry up and make their decision as war was around the corner.
Before the Fourth Shinobi World War began, all the Daimyo were sent to a safe place together so Madara and Obito could not take them hostage. Later, they are all captured in the Infinite Tsukuyomi, but when Naruto Uzumaki and Sasuke Uchiha are able to undo the Infinite Tsukuyomi, the Earth Daimyo, as well as the whole world, is set free. In Boruto, he is replaced by Danjo.
The Earth Daimyo is not selfish like a few other Daimyo. He favored the Shinobi Alliance Force because he prioritized the world more than his own power.
The Earth Daimyo is an old man who has a gray beard and mustache. He wears a gray cloak and a traditional Daimyo hat.
