Fukuemon is a summoning of Motoi, a shinobi of Kumogakure. In Naruto Shippuden episode 254, during the Fourth Shinobi World War: Countdown Arc, Fukuemon made his on-screen debut. In this arc, Motoi summons Fukuemon to send a message from Genbu, commonly known as the island turtle, to Kumogakure.
Fukuemon hasn’t appeared since. Due to his lack of appearance, it is close to impossible to determine his status. For the time being, Fukuemon is believed to be alive and well until further information comes to light suggesting otherwise.
Fukuemon is a summon so he did not showcase any personality traits. However, as with most of the summons, he abides by his summoner’s commands.
Fukuemon is an owl with brown feathers on its head and back and white feathers on its stomach. He has two blue marks on his breast area and huge, orange eyes with black pupils.
The information regarding Fukuemon’s abilities is unavailable. However, it is believed that he possesses all the physical abilities of a typical owl. In the Naruto Mobile game, Fukuemon is strong enough to lift a shinobi into the sky and attack enemies with his wings.

He can take an adult shinobi into the air and then drop him into a set-up trap, demonstrating his tremendous power as well as his ability to attack the opponent with wings on the fly.
