Himuka Suzukaze’s Background

Since Himuka’s past is still a mystery, not much is known about her early years. Himuka was a genin, a member of Team 2 along with Itachi Uchiha and Yoji Aburame. Very little is known about her lineage or past due to her limited appearances in the series beyond the fact that she was a genin, a member of Team 2, along with Itachi Uchiha and Yoji Aburame.

Himuka first appeared in Itachi Shinden: Book of Bright Light. The novel revealed that although Itachi was much younger than her, she referred to him as master, acknowledging his skills as a shinobi. Even though Itachi left the squad just a few months later she joined the team, she still admired him and followed his career. After years had passed following the massacre of the Uchiha clan, which later became known as the Uchiha Clan Downfall, Himuka felt sad for Itachi and his involvement in the tragedy.
