Iwaji in Naruto

Iwaji appeared in the anime alongside his brothers Iwazo and Iwakyo chasing Kosuke Maruboshi who is a Konohagakure (The Village Hidden in the Leaves) genin who stole the intel of Iwagakure’s plan. He was the first one amongst the three brothers who attacked Kosuke with his kunai but somehow, Kosuke dodged it. Iwakyo tried to crush him by destroying the ground but again, Kosuke dodged it. Iwaji then tried to stop him but failed. Iwazo then trapped him in his Ground Bedrock technique (Earth Style: Earth Hold).

They asked Kosuke to give back the intel and also tell everything about his village, but then, Choji Akimichi used the Human Bullet Tank Technique to destroy the Ground Bedrock technique that Iwazo used. Then, Shikamaru Nara used his shadow possession technique on Iwaji to attack Iwazo. On the other hand, Ino Yamanaka used her Mind Transfer technique to gain control over Iwakyo's mind and body and started fighting against his brothers. They together rescued Kosuke and captured Iwakyo and the other members of the Three Brothers.

Iwaji seemed to be not very confident, just like his siblings, as he was worried about Kosuke escaping.

Iwaji is a slim and tall guy. He covers his head with a red bandana that has the Iwagakure head protector patched on it. He wears the Sunagakure shinobi chest guard. He wears a wristband on both hands that have spikes over it. He wears the traditional Iwagakure pants and shinobi sandals.

Iwaji was the fastest in the three brothers group but showed no techniques or jutsu, except fighting with the kunai.
