Jako

Jako is the group leader of bandits who steal treasures, and he stole a treasure from adaimyo's sister, the Feudal Lord. They are the political leaders who decide the laws and budgets for the Hidden Villages.

Team 7 was given the mission to take the treasure back from Jako’s gang. Sakura, Sasuke, and Naruto were given the task of spying on them while Kakashi waited for them in their path.

Team 7 tracked Jako’s Gang, and Kakashi told them to send a signal when they tracked them down. Naruto thought of getting the treasure back by his own skill so that Sakura would praise him for being a great Shinobi, but at the same time, Sasuke didn’t want to lose to him, and so they both went for the treasure by themselves without signaling Kakashi.

Janko shoots the Chakra Liquid at them but cannot catch them as they are rolling down from the hill and able to run off with the treasure, but the Chakra Liquid he shot sticks their hands together with each other.

The other gang member captured Sakura and took her with them so they could use her as bait to get back the treasure, but Janko had another plan. He told Sakura that he would kill them as well as her when he found them, and then they could meet together in the afterlife.

However, Sasuke and Naruto were able to fight against Jako and his men and then captured them and took the treasure safely back to the village.

He is a cruel thug and a selfish gang leader. Just because he has the power, the other bandits follow him to help him steal treasures. He doesn’t care about anyone's feelings and thinks he is superior and more intelligent than others.

When he captured Sakura, he told her that when finding her comrades, he would kill them along with her and get back the treasure, showcasing his cruelty.

Jako has a little goatee, brown hair with brown spikes that he wears in a ponytail, and black eyes. He's dressed in a white shirt, dark slacks, and a blue coat with yellow inside. He adorns his neck with a pale blue scarf as well.

Jako's primary skill is the ability to fire "liquidized" chakra from wrist-mounted cannons to attack or protect himself. High pressure can be applied to the liquid to inflict harm or cause the liquid to solidify around the target, rendering it immobile.

His chakra could be used as a type of rope to maneuver him while he is in the air.

The liquid chakra that has the power to harden may likewise solidify after assuming the form of swords and be utilized as different types of weapons with a pointed, sharp edge.

He can shoot liquid chakra, which he did when Sakura was about to send a signal to Kakashi. Jako even shot his chakra at Sasuke and Naruto's hands, which tied both hands together because he thought ninjas couldn’t do anything without their hand signs.

Jako is present in the Naruto and Boruto Card Game, where all Naruto characters have their own cards with powers and abilities, which was released in 2006.
