Kanoe in Naruto

Kanoe was one of the root members who were in the mission to assassinate the Third Hokage (Hiruzen Sarutobi) but failed in the end because of Kakashi Hatake. He is another pawn of Danzo, who makes the Anbu Root do all the dirty work for the Hidden Leaf Village.

Kanoe has no feelings and is cold-blooded because to be in the Root, a person should be cold-blooded and loyal to Danzo. No matter what order Danzo gave, they had to do anything he asked.

Kanoe has brown hair that is close to shoulder length. He is dressed in the typical Anbu outfit, and his mask has purple markings that resemble beaks.

Kanoe was one of the quickest Root Anbu members and had good skills using a sword. He knows every Genin and Jonin rank shinobi Jutsu.
