Keiri is one of the members of the Konoha Orphanage, located at the border of Konohagakure. She is the head caretaker of the Orphanage, which Kabuto Yakushi now handles.

When Keiri, Kanpu and Nono Yakushi were talking about the difficulties they had running the Konoha Orphanage because of lack of money, Kabuto heard the conversation. Keiri shouted at Kabuto, asking why he was awake when he should be sleeping. Nono Yakushi told her that Kabuto was new and he did not know about the Orphanage’s rules.
When Keiri asked Kabuto to tell the time, he was not able to tell her because of his weak eyesight. Nono gave her spectacles to him, and then, he was able to read.
Keiri, at first sight, looks like an angry woman, but she cares about everyone. She thinks in a logical way. She is also brave, and when Danzo comes to the orphanage, she stands in his way.
Keiri is a bit chubby and short. She wears a black gown with a white apron and a white coif that covers her hair.
