Kitsuchi in Naruto

During the Fourth Great Shinobi War, Kitsuchi was appointed as the commander of the short range battle division of the Allied Shinobi Forces. After Gaara’s speech, Kitsuchi led the division along with the other team captains and after he received the intel regarding the White Zetsu, Kitsuchi along with the Kurotsuchi unearths attack them.

During the battle, Kitsuchi receives an order that he and his division were needed to mobilize and back up the First Division. When he arrives he saves Darui by punching Kinkaku away from him with his armoured fist.

After defeating Kinkaku he ordered a number of his squad to get the shinobi away from the battlefield. He kills the majority of the White Zetsu and then Tobi arrives on the scene and summons the Demonic Statue of the Outer Path. Kitsuchi attempts to smash the statue with his strongest earth technique, however, the statue easily withstands the technique and releases a powerful blast of chakra which devastates the battlefield.

He, later on, rescues Darui who went to protect the remaining treasured tools after Tobi ordered the statue to step on Darui and Shikamaru. Kitsuchi tells Darui that with nightfall, they would have to change their battle tactics as well as stay in close contact with the headquarters. Over the course of the next day, Kitsuchi and his division were able to defeat the Akatsuki successfully and he and the rest of his division went to where the jinchurikis were.

Kitsuchi is a solemn, disciplined, adaptive and level headed individual. He is quite calm under pressure, decisive and assertive which makes him a great leader. He has a large amount of pride but he also does have a harsh side to himself.

Kitsuchi is a very tall and brawny shinobi with dark eyes, short dark, grey-coloured hair, a beard, and a bulbous nose. He wears the standard Iwagakure shinobi uniform with a left sleeve and right lapel. He also wears his forehead protector like a Bandana and has bandages on his right arm.

Kitsuchi is highly proficient in Earth Release and uses it to manipulate his surroundings on large scales. He uses the Earth Release: Opening Earth Rising Excavation technique along with his daughter and eliminates the whole White Zetsu army. He managed to lower or raise the earth's terrain at will and trap the Ten-Tails in a huge trench after it had been revived.

He can make any part of his body rock hard and this intensifies the impact of his attack. He specializes in Earth Release: Sandwich Technique which allows him to create gargantuan rock formations and a large Demonic Statue of the Outer Path. This also crushes his enemies and is one of his most powerful techniques. He is also able to create shelters and giant walls out of the earth.
