Mogusa in Naruto

Very little is known about his childhood and past other than the fact that Mogusa is a medical ninja of Konoha, a member of the Konoha’s Medical Corps.

Mogusa first appeared in the Sasuke Rescue Mission Arc. In the arc, Mogusa replaced Kito, another medical ninja, when his chakra was exhausted while assisting with the Healing Resuscitation Regeneration Technique while treating the fatal injuries of Neji Hyuga that he suffered in the Sasuke Recovery Mission. Mogusa, along with the help of other Medical Corps ninjas, was able to heal Neji’s life-threatening injuries.

Later, Mogusa reappeared in the Mizuki Tracking Mission Arc. In this arc (anime only), Mogusa, along with other members of the Medical Corps consisting of Mitate, Kusushi, Iyashi, and some other Konoha medical ninjas, were dispatched from the Konoha Hospital to aid Konoha shinobi in their battle with Mizuki. When they arrived at the scene, he discovered that Kurenai Yuhi, Asuma Sarutobi, and some other Konoha ninjas were badly injured in their battle against Mizuki. After evaluating the situation, the Medical Corps gave the injured some first aid and then relocated them to the Konoha Hospital for treatment.

Later, in the Kaguya Otsutsuki Strikes Arc, after the battle between Naruto Uzumaki and Sasuke Uchiha had reached its conclusion, marking the end of the war, Mogusa was seen informing Tenten, Rock Lee and Might Guy about Guy’s injuries. He informed them that Guy will no longer be able to use his broken right leg.

These are the only incidents where Mogusa made an appearance and hasn’t reappeared since. Due to the lack of information, it is hard to determine whether Mogusa is still alive or not. For the time being, Mogusa is believed to be alive and well until any additional information comes to light suggesting otherwise.

Almost nothing is known about Mogusa's personality or true nature due to his limited appearance in the series and any relevant information. However, it is stated that Mogusa remains calm and never loses his patience in any situation.

Mogusa is a young man with fair skin and a skinny body build. He wears the standard outfit of Konoha’s hospital medical ninja, consisting of a white full-sleeve, high-collared jacket, and matching pants. Additionally, he wears a white, matching headgear that covers his head, and his ears, only leaving his face visible, and has a Konoha forehead protector attached to it.

The markings that cover the upper half of Mogusa's left and right sides of his face are his most recognizable feature. He also appears to have eyes with huge pupils.

Although Mogusa is a medical ninja, one of Konoha’s finest, the true extent of his abilities is still unknown. However, based on his status, it can be deduced that as a medical ninja, Mogusa possesses an intellect, combined with excellent chakra control, and is well-versed in medical ninjutsu and medical procedures.

In the anime, Mogusa showcased his skills in using the Mystical Palm Technique and was also able to assist in using the Healing Resuscitation Regeneration Technique to treat Neji’s fatal injuries.

Apart from the Naruto manga and anime, Mogusa is also part of Naruto’s gaming franchise. He made his debut in the gaming category with the release of Naruto: Ultimate Ninja Online.
