The details of Naka's past are rather mysterious. Very little is known about his upbringing or his skills. In the anime, he only made a few brief appearances. He is just a part of the Naruto anime and Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 and does not appear or receive any mentions in the Naruto series manga, making him a non-canon character in the series.
In the anime, Naka was able to awaken his Mangekyo Sharingan. Unfortunately, he became obsessed with its visual prowess, Izanagi in particular. After becoming fixated on the Izanagi technique, a powerful genjutsu capable of rewriting reality itself, he used it to murder some of his own clansmen. Naori Uchiha, a close friend of Naka, used Izanami (a formidable visual genjutsu) on Naka to coerce him into accepting the truth and realizing that he needed to be saved. Naka struggled for a time before finally giving up, accepting the reality and ending the Izanami-created loop.
Like the rest of the Uchiha clan, it is believed that he most likely passed away at some point either before or during the Uchiha Clan Downfall.
Naka had a limited appearance in the series, so not much is known about him. It is stated that Naka was a strong man. However, he became arrogant with power once he unlocked the Mangekyo Sharingan and became obsessed with the visual prowess it provided him. He became so arrogant that he even killed his fellow clansmen. It is said that he was one of the Uchiha Clan members who would misuse the Izanagi and sacrifice the light of their eyes for their own selfish gains. After Naori used Izanami on him, it is believed that Naka came back to his senses and most likely led a life of peace until his demise.
Naka was a young man with black eyes and chin-length hair. He also possessed the legendary dojutsu, Mangekyo Sharingan, which resembled a three point pinwheel. He dressed in the typical Uchiha clan attire, which had the clan's emblem on the back of the mantle. Additionally, he donned a Konohagakure forehead protector and a flak jacket from the village that more closely resembled Anbu's outfit. The flak jacket had a pouch on the left strap and no waistband. Along with this, he carried a tanto over his lower back and carried a large equipment pack. He paired this with standard black shinobi sandals with his lower legs strapped in white bandages.
Due to his limited appearance in the series, details about the true extent of Naka’s abilities are still a mystery. Despite this, Naka was a capable shinobi of the Uchiha clan and Konoha. He was able to awaken the Sharingan at a young age and was also among the few who were capable enough to awaken the Mangekyo Sharingan.
He was born in the Uchiha clan and was among the few who managed to awaken the legendary Dojutsu, the Sharingan. As a member of the formidable Uchiha clan, Naka possessed a strong chakra. With his Sharingan, Naka was capable of recognizing Genjutsu, differentiating between different chakra forms, being able to see the flow of chakra, and many more abilities that came along with it.
Naka was able to use the Uchiha clan's Izanagi technique, an accomplishment that few, even within the powerful Uchiha clan, had accomplished. He also possessed the Mangekyo Sharingan, which resembled a three-point pinwheel with its pupil in the center. Given that he was carrying a tanto on his back, it is believed that he must at least be proficient in kenjutsu. Unfortunately, this is the extent of his abilities that are known to this day. Due to his minimal appearance in the series, his true potential is still a mystery.
