Preta Path in Naruto

This man was a shinobi and a farmer of Kusagakure. The Preta Path, as one of the Six Paths of Pain, has been used for a variety of purposes over the years as all six Paths were used to overthrow and kill Hanzō. Furthermore, when Jiraiya infiltrates Amegakure to learn more about Akatsuki, the Preta Path fought him and ultimately contributed to his death. Preta Path also assisted in the capture of the Six-Tails; it participated during the Pain’s assault.

Preta Path’s Background

The man whose body became the Preta Path was a Kusagakure ninja that Jiraiya met in his travels around the world. He was both a shinobi and a farmer who had failed to cultivate land for his family due to his military service. Nagato used his body as one of his Six Paths of Pain after his death.

Preta Path’s Appearance

He was a stocky man with dark eyes. He wore a tan shirt with a black shirt underneath and had brown hair that was disguised by a bandanna-like forehead protector. When he was alive, his complexion was noticeably darker.

While his corpse was being used as the Preta Path, he was covered with piercings that worked as chakra receivers allowing Nagato to remotely manipulate the corpse. Nagato’s Preta Path has little spiky piercings spanning his entire bottom lip, two vertical spike studs on the front of his nose, one spike stud on each cheek, one spike running through each ear, and a stud on each of his shoulders, close to his neck. The Rinnegan appeared in its eyes as a sign of Nagato’s dominance.
