Sadoru appeared in The Perfect Day for a Wedding Arc. When Konohamaru tried to record a wedding congratulation video with Iruka Umino, he saw that Sadoru was disturbed by what Mibuna, Sansho and Tsukune had done to the Third Hokage statue. Iruka found the trio, punished them, and told them that Naruto Uzumaki was his student. But while all three of them denied the vandalism, Iruka managed to trick one of them into admitting to what they had done..
Later Sadoru informed Iruka that Tsukune stole the Scroll of Seals because Naruto also stole it in his childhood.
Sadoru looks kind and nervous teacher who does not know how to handle naughty kids.
