Shin'emon in Naruto

Very little is known about Shin'emon’s past. Due to his limited appearances in the series, little is known about his lineage or background other than the fact that he is a world-famous potter. Additionally, he is only a part of the Naruto anime which makes him a filler, non-canon character in the series.

Shin'emon first appeared in the Prized Artefact Escort Arc. In this arc, Shin'emon is accompanied by Naruto Uzumaki and Kiba Inuzuka, Hidden Leaf ninjas, while traveling to another land to transport an artefact that he had created which is considered to be a national treasure.

While traveling, they are attacked by a group of bandits trying to get their hands on the artefact. In this attack, the artefact is broken into pieces. However, Shin'emon states that it is not a big deal as he can just make another one, which took Naruto and Kiba by surprise.

Shin'emon has not appeared since this incident; thus, his absence makes it impossible to say whether he is dead or alive. He is currently assumed to be alive and well unless any information indicates otherwise.

Shin'emon is a talented but arrogant, rude person. He is obsessed with his work and is often rude to other people, even going as far as to value his work more than others’ lives. However, after Naruto saved his life, he realized that his life and the life of others is more valuable than his work as he could just create another artefact.

Shin'emon is a dark-skinned young and skinny man with spiky brown hair, dark eyes, and a few hair strands for a beard and a mustache. He wears a white shirt underneath a gray, sleeveless vest paired with a dark band wrapped around his waist. He also wore grayish-blue pants paired with sandals.

Shin'emon is a world-famous potter. However, based on the information at hand, he does not possess any combat skills.
