Suzume in Naruto

There is much uncertainty about Suzume's past. We still don't know anything about her clan, her history, or her involvement in the series. In the manga or its anime adaptation, she only made a few brief appearances. She first debuted in Kunoichi Rumble: The Rivals Get Serious, episode 41 of the original Naruto series.

Suzume taught Ino and Sakura's kunoichi class while they were students at the Hidden Leaf Ninja Academy, where they learned how to appear to be regular women when they were actually acting undercover.

She also appeared in two other arcs in the anime, In the Twelve Guardian Ninja Arc, she was instructed to keep a close eye on the community throughout the prolonged power outage in case an attack occurred. In the Past Arc: The Locus of Konoha, she got together with Iruka Umino and Daikoku Funeno to plan classes after Pain's attack on Hidden Leaf Village in the anime.

Suzume hasn't shown up since these appearances and her absence makes it impossible to ascertain whether she's dead or alive. Suzume is currently assumed to be alive and well unless any information surfaces indicating otherwise.

Suzume never had the chance to interact much in the series and did not have any significant role in the series. She just appeared in the flashback scenes in the series so what kind of personality she holds is a mystery. Suzume has not revealed much about her personality, however, she has been characterized as a whiner and a germaphobe.

Suzume has long, curly, black hair, oval spectacles, and red lipstick on top of her makeup in her brief appearance. She wears a straightforward pink kimono over mesh armor and a pair of baggy red leggings with flip-flop-style sandals and socks.

Suzume was also seen wearing glasses which indicated that she might have comparatively weak eye-sight. As a kunoichi of the Hidden Leaf, she also wears a Hidden Leaf Headband indicating that she is a full-fledged kunoichi of the Village Hidden in the Leaves.

Suzume was a former pupil at the Hidden Leaf Ninja Academy but she mostly works as a teacher now. She did, however, only appear for a brief time in the series, and no evidence of her using any jutsu or abilities was ever provided. Due to a lack of information, it is unknown how extensive her skill set is.
