Toshi in Naruto

Due to the mystery surrounding Toshi's heritage, not much is known about his past. Little is known about his family history or background as he is only represented in the game.

Toshi only appears in the Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 game and receives no mentions or appearances in the Naruto manga or anime, making him a non-canon character of the Naruto cast.

In the game, he is introduced as an academy student of Konoha. In the game’s storyline, he first appears while practicing his Cloak of Invisibility technique, practicing jutsu with Yuki, Mabo, and Hana, and loses track of time. Later, Naruto Uzumaki and Shino Aburame find him and ask him to return to Yuki. After some time, Naruto and Shino return to the kids and ask them about Mabo’s secret code.

Toshi and the other kids don’t recall anything, instead, they provide them with a hint. Soon after Mabo returns with Naruto and Shino, they depart after saying their goodbyes. When Iruka reappears, he informs the group that it is time for them to contemplate their actions.

Later, Toshi and the other kids run into Naruto and share with him what Iruka sensei taught them. They ask Naruto to join them in a game of hide-and-seek as they practice using their Cloak of Invisibility Technique, to which Naruto gladly agrees. Later, despite their will, Shikamaru Nara and Gaara are forced to participate in the training.

Due to his lack of appearance in the series and any related information, almost nothing is known about Toshi’s personality. However, it is stated that Toshi admires Shino Aburame and admires the profession of a shinobi.

Toshi is a young boy with a fair skin tone and short brown hair that he covers with a green hat. He also has orange markings on either of his cheeks. He wears a grayish long-sleeved shirt, ocean-green shorts, and a pair of blue sandals.

Toshi is an academy student and doesn’t possess the skills required to live the life of a shinobi yet. However, he is working hard on mastering the Cloak of Invisibility technique.
