Ugai in Naruto

Very little is known about his childhood and past other than the fact that Ugai is a medical ninja of Konoha, a member of the Medical Corps.

Interestingly, Ugai is a manga-exclusive character and does not have any appearances in the Naruto anime.

Ugai first appeared in the Sasuke Rescue Mission Arc. In the manga chapter, Ugai helped the Fifth Hokage, Tsunade Senju, and Might Guy in the Konoha Hospital. Later, he was surprised by Migaki’s sudden arrival as he informed the Fifth Hokage that Rock Lee was missing from his room in the hospital.

This is the only incident where Ugai made an appearance and he hasn’t reappeared since. Due to the lack of information, it is hard to determine whether Ugai is still alive or not. For the time being, Ugai is believed to be alive and well until any additional information comes to light suggesting otherwise.

Almost nothing is known about Ugai's personality or true nature due to his limited appearance in the series and any relevant information. However, it is stated that Ugai is a serious and methodical person.

Ugai is a young man with fair skin, small black eyes, and short black hair. He wears the standard outfit of Konoha’s hospital medical ninja, consisting of a white full-sleeve, high-collared jacket, matching pants, and a white hat covering his hair.

Although Ugai is a medical ninja, the true extent of his abilities is still unknown. However, based on his status and the information at hand, it can be said that Ugai is a talented but inexperienced medical ninja. He has better chakra control in comparison to an average shinobi and is capable of using medical ninjutsu, capable of performing medical treatments.

In the anime, Ugai is replaced by another unnamed medical shinobi of Konoha. The unnamed shinobi is much older and physically larger than Ugai. He also wears a set of glasses and has a full-grown beard and mustache.
