Ugatsu was one of the Hanzo men who tried to kill Pain. He is one of the supporting characters in the Naruto anime series and manga that was written and illustrated by Masashi Kishimoto.

Ugatsu was loyal and always obedient to Hanzo no matter what his order.
Ugatsu wore a gas mask just like most of the Amegakure shinobi and wore a light green jumpsuit. He has dark brown spiky hair and wears an Amegakure headband. He also wore a purple bomber jacket over his light green jumpsuit.
Ugatsu was one of the most skilled Amegakure shinobi which is why Hanzo sent him to kill Pain although he was slain by the more powerful Pain.
