Wind Daimyo is a former Daimyo of the Land of Wind. He is one of the supporting characters in the Naruto anime series and manga that was written and illustrated by Masashi Kishimoto.

Due to lack of information, Wind Daimyo's past is unknown, but he is a former Daimyo of the Land of Wind. Some Sunagakure (the Village Hidden in the Sand) shinobi hated him when he was Daimyo because he made a peace treaty with Konohagakure (the Village Hidden in the Leaves) and gave them a mission that the Sunagakure shinobi should assign. He also decreased the army fund so he could use that fund to develop the Village. Later, he was replaced by another Daimyo in Naruto Shippuden.
Wind Daimyo seems to be peaceful, because after the Third Shinobi War, he signs a peace treaty with the Land of Fire. He also cared about his nation's development.
Wind Daimyo wore a purple grab under that brown-pink kimono. He wears a purple hat and has a goatee. His eyes are closed.
