Premium Deluxe Motorsport in GTA 5

Premium Deluxe Motorsport is a car dealership in GTA 5. It was founded and is owned by Simeon Yetarian. This dealership is located in Pillbox Hill on Power Street and Adam’s Apple Boulevard.

Background

Premium Deluxe Motorsport is located in Pillbox Hill between the Mile High Club and Ammu-Nation. The entrance to the dealership is located on Power Street. A desktop is set up right near the entrance behind which is a wall with car manufacturer logos. There are circular tables and chairs in this area.

There is a small lounge area to the left of the desk with a TV, sofa and a glass table. There are two offices at the rear of which one is Simeon’s office. There is a business license in the offices commencing on January 1st, 2005.

Events of GTA 5

Franklin and Lamar - In this mission Franklin and Lamar set out to repossess two cars for Simeon Yetarian, the owner of Premium Deluxe Motorsport. On returning back to the showroom they are given the job to repossess a bike from some gang members.

Repossession - In this mission Franklin and Lamar land up killing the owner of the bike while repossessing it. Lamar keeps the bike for himself and they get fired.

Complications - In this mission Franklin is given one final job to repossess a yellow BeeJay XL purchased by Michael’s son Jimmy. Franklin steals the car from the De Santa residence and finds Michael hiding in the backseat. Michael orders him to drive the car through the front door of the showroom after which he warns Simeon.

After this Premium Deluxe Motorsport closes down and goes under investigation. The player can later encounter Simeon in a random event.

Trivia

Despite being closed down in 2013, Simeon is seen back running the business during a Business Battle in 2018, implying that he eventually reopened.
Upon arrival in Los Santos, the GTA Online Protagonist is introduced to Simeon by way of a phone call. After receiving a complimentary Los Santos Customs upgrade to their first owned vehicle, Simeon will call in the favor and get the player to do work for him, including regularly dealing with competitors to the dealership.
