This Giant Squid was a huge cephalopod who guarded Genbu, where A and Killer B trained. It appeared when Naruto and his bodyguards arrived in the Land of Lightning via a ship. The squid attacked the ship but was soon stopped by Killer B in his Eight-Tails form.

This squid resided in the sea around the Land of Lightning. It served as the guardian of Genbu (The Island Turtle), which domesticated several animals within the forest above his shell.
When the Kumogakure ship carrying Naruto and his bodyguards arrived, it launched an attack, but was stopped by Killer B in his Eight-Tails form. It later attacked Motoi when he was looking for Naruto Uzumaki. Yamato and Naruto attempted to save him, but B was once again faster.
Later, the squid came across Manda II, who was attempting to invade the island. When confronted directly by the gigantic snake, the squid was ripped to shreds after getting in the snake’s way, leaving a giant bite mark on its head that killed it.
The squid was both dutiful and aggressive, attacking anybody or anything that came close to the Island Turtle, including Kumogakure ninja.
The squid had big black pupils and the outside of its eyes were dark yellow in color. The rest of its body looked like a giant squid and its body was a pinkish color.
The enormous squid’s long, massive tentacles could grab, grip and restrain its opponents. It was easily capable of detaining highly skilled shinobi.
