Konoha Astronomer in Naruto

Konoha Astronomer was the Assistant of the Sixth Hokage and was the one who attended Five Kage summit to explain them about the Moon situation. When Toneri Otsutsuki's men kidnapped Hanabi Hyuga because of her Byakugan eyes. Toneri needed to awaken Tenseigan so he could collide the moon with earth and eliminate the human population and then use Tenseigan power to renew the planet and rule over it.

However, before he was able to succeed in his plan Naruto Uzumaki, Hinata Hyuga, Sai, and Shikamaru Nara were able to defeat him and saved the earth.

Konoha Astronomer placed an Armageddon Countdown Clock in Shikamaru Nara's hand, so he could get to know how much time they have to return back to earth. This was because Kumagakure had a Chakra canon that can destroy the moon, and they planned to do it if Team Shikamaru failed to stop the moon. Later, when Team Shikamaru was on the moon, Konoha Astronomer gave out updates on the situation to Kakashi Hatake.

Konoha Astronomer is a calm and intelligent young lady. She was the one who explained the situation to Five kages.
