Shiseru in Naruto

Shiseru went with the village head and other soldiers of her hometown to the Tonika village which was destroyed, as she wanted to investigate it. After questioning Yamato about why he was there, she takes him to Sai and Disonasu. Later, they heard a loud voice and went in the direction of the noise. Shiseru takes Naruto Uzumaki and Sakura Haruno to meet Dokku and the kids, back at their house.

After some misunderstanding, where Dokku mistook the two Konoha ninjas as enemies, Sakura saw the scars on Shiseru’s body and ran a background check on her and Dokku. Later on, they were seen holding hands too.

The next day she joins Naruto for training and leaves Dokku for a while. When they return, Sora and Faz greet her with a hug. She tries to stop Miina from troubling Naruto and slaps her in the process. She then immediately regrets her actions and later on talks to Dokku about adopting the kids, and they almost kiss.

When the reincarnated head of the village comes back, she is surprised. She then disarms him before he could kill Dokku and takes his sword to fight the other reincarnated ninjas and defeats them. She is shocked to see Miina force the clone snakes out of Naruto who formed a copy of his version 2 of his jinchuriki form. After reinforcements from Konoha arrive, the clones gain more power from Naruto and they grow more rapidly. Shiseru fought off the clones during the clone rampage.

Dokku tells Shiseru to take Miina and the other kids away while he goes back to rescue Naruto. As Shiseru was escorting Miina to safety, she throws a fit and hits her in the hand. Kabuto saves them with a giant snake and Shiseru tells the Konoha ninja about it. Later on, she sits with Sakura in front of Hacho Village's town hall and blames herself for her short temper. Kakashi orders Sakura to get ready to move out and Shiseru begs him to follow Shiseru and the kids to which Kakashi agrees.

As Neji detected Kabuto along with the children who were trying to rescue Dokku on their own, Shiseru is shocked and prays that they wouldn't be harmed. After she manages to get close to them, they try to flee but are stopped by lightning caused by Ama no Hoko and it forces them to go back.

Dokku claims to be able to use the Saezuri to stop Ama no Hoko and wants to go alone, but Shiseru says that she'll accompany him. The two say their goodbyes to the children and tell them to go on without them in case they don't make it back alive. Saying this, they go towards the Ama no Hoko.

On their way, Dokku proposes to Shiseru and asks her to marry him if they both survive, to which Shiseru agrees. After they reach the Saezuri, Dokku starts to activate it but the two are disrupted by the fight between Naruto and his clone. After nearly being hit by a giant laser beam, Shiseru is about to fall down and she barely manages to catch Dokku's hand. Their past flashbacks happen and she tells Dokku that he has to let her go in order to use Saezuri to put an end to the whole story. After Dokku refuses, Shiseru thanks him for all he did for her and frees herself from his grip, committing suicide. She was then saved by Naruto who tells Dokku to finally stop the Ama no Hoko.

After the family happily reunites, they all thank Naruto for what all he did for them.

Shiseru is quite formal, cautious, and serious. This can be seen when she threatens Yamato with her sword before she interrogates him. She can become aggressive quickly which can be seen when she slaps Miina to stop her from bothering Naruto. However, she immediately regrets slapping Miina. She also has a soft and fond side, as she is seen caring about the children Dokku rescued, as well as Dokku too. As a child, she was quite wild and careless which caused her to have a lot of scars.

Shiseru is a tall, slender woman of a feminine build. She is 32 years old. She has light skin, and wavy mid-length black hair which is combed back in a ponytail. She keeps her hair open when she's in casual wear. She has blue eyes and full lips. She wears a dark blue uniform with gold trimmings and is seen wearing casual clothing when she was at home. Her body is covered with large scars which she received when she was a kid.

Shiseru is a very capable swordswoman and displayed her abilities when she caught Yamato. She is skillful in fighting and can be seen fighting several ninjas at once with ease. She is also skilled in unarmed combat and is able to counter a strike by blocking with her hand and also disarms the reincarnated Tonika Village Head with a wrist throw. She also has a degree of familiarity and knowledge of medical treatment as she took care of Dokku's wounds.
