Konohagakure (the Village Hidden in the Leaves)
Tokara appeared in Naruto series once in Naruto Shippuden Episode: 343, “Who are You.” He, alongside Ibiki and Hayate, took the chunin exam and fought against Team Orochimaru.
Due to a lack of information, it is still unknown where Tokara is because he never appeared in anime before or after Naruto Shippuden episode: 343. It is preassumed that he is alive and is jonin, just like Ibiki and Hayate.
Tokara wears a black jumpsuit and carries a gourd, just like Gaara’s had on his back. He also had one Metal staff that looks like Obito Uchiha carried when he became the Ten Tail Jinchuriki. He wears a bandana over his head and Forehead Protector.
Tokara is a Jonin-rank shinobi, which means he must know all the basic techniques and must be skilled. He seemed to be skilled in using metal staff and had a gourd in his back that might have insects or something that he used for his technique.
