Tsukune in Naruto

Tsukune is one of the students in the Academy under Iruka Umino and Sadoru. He appeared in Konoha Hiden: The Perfect Day for a Wedding when Konohamaru tried to shoot a video with Iruka.

Tsukune, alongside Mibuna and Sansho (Academy Students), doodled things on the Third Hokage statue but Iruka was able to find them and gave him and his friends the punishment.

When Tsukune heard that Iruka was the teacher of Naruto Uzumaki, he declined to accept it because he was bored of being a teacher of the great hero of Konoha but then Iruka started to talk about Naruto. He also told him and the other students in class that they could be just like Naruto.

Tsukune wanted to have his own identity, so he planned to steal Scroll of Seals from the Hokage’s office to let everyone know he was not less than anyone. Mibuna and Sansho denied being in his plan and ran off.

Iruka went to Hokage’s statue and found Tsukune there. He apologized for his teaching method and compared him to Naruto. Tsukune wants to be identified as an individual and that is what Iruka got to know. He asked Iruka if he could become a hero. In reply, Iruka said yes, he could.

Tsukune was more like Naruto when he was his age. He loves to play pranks and wants to be the hero. He wants to be the one who surpasses Naruto and becomes Hokage.

Tsukune wears a gray jacket and blue trousers. He wears a red headband around his forehead and has spiky brown hair.
