Kiyoasu Kagetsu in Naruto

Kiyoysu Kagetsu is from Motoyoshi Village and is a member of the Kagetsu family who is known for their medicinal herbs in Land of Fire. At first, the Kagetsu family lived together in one house, but when they became rich, they all got separated and started doing the medical herb business separately.

Kiyoysu appeared in Naruto episode 186: "Laughing Shino". In this, Futa Kagetsu requested Lady Tsunade to send someone to attend the Funeral as a chief Mourner who doesn’t laugh at all. This is because, in his father Tobie's will, it was mentioned that Futa, his elder son, would inherit the entire Kagetsu family estate. However, if Futa laughs at his funeral as a chief mourner, then he would lose the estate of the Kagetsu family, and that estate will be divided among his other children. Tsunade selected Shino Aburame and Naruto Uzumaki for this mission and gave Shino the task of being the chief Mourner at the funeral because he did not laugh in any situation.

Later, when Shino ate food in Futa Kagetsu’s house, he started laughing because it contained some laughing drug. Because of this, Naruto was given the task of being the chief Mourner at the funeral and there, Kiyoyasu used his nose flower trick to make Naruto laugh, but failed to do it.

Later, when Mai and Tobie revealed their actual plan to their family, of prioritizing laughter and happiness over money, all the family members agreed to Tobie's view, and they all decided to live together as one happy family.

Kiyoyasu Kagetsu seems like a very serious person, but when he did the nose flower trick, it was hilarious.
