Later, Gensho disguised himself as Yagura to get close to Might Guy and take revenge on him for killing their father, Agira Ryudoin. However, they failed in their mission. Yagura was later found by his fellow Konoha shinobi.

This little detail about his life is the only information about Yagura available to the series fans. Yagura is just a part of the Naruto anime and does not appear or receive any mentions in the Naruto series manga, making him a non-canon character in the series.
