Yoruga is an anime-only character, and not much is known about him. However, it is stated that Yoruga and his brothers (Asaka, Hiruga, and Yuga) were orphans who found refuge at the orphanage of the Land of Haze. Even though it was a small, underdeveloped nation, people enjoyed eating well. They would frequently play under a big peach tree as well.
Yoruga made his debut in the Kara Actuation Arc. In the arc, it was revealed that Yoruga and his brothers were dispatched from the Land of Haze with a mission to retrieve the cells of the First Hokage of Konohagakure (Village Hidden in the Leaves), Hashirama Senju. They came to know that the Hashirama Cells had somehow made their way into the black market located in the Land of Silence. In order to locate the cells, Yoruga, along with his brothers, tried to seduce Kirisaki, a rogue shinobi of Kirigakure (Village Hidden in the Mist), by disguising himself as a woman and persuading him to reveal its location. However, his plans were ruined when Boruto Uzumaki, a Konoha’s Team 7 genin squad member and the protagonist of the anime, arrived, taking the appearance of an attractive woman using his Oiroke no Jutsu (Sexy Jutsu) and making Kirisaki lose interest in Yoruga and his brothers' disguises.
After that, Yoruga and his brothers saw Boruto and his comrades taking Kirisaki, who was in an unconscious state. Yoruga and his brothers followed them in order to discover that Sakuya, a noblewoman of the Land of Silence, was in possession of the cell and began planning to retrieve the cell from her. However, they discovered that the castle Sakuya was residing in was protected by a barrier that kept intruders at bay.
Yoruga soon realized that they would need to sacrifice someone in order for their plan to be successful. Yoruga then gave his earring to Asaka, intending to sacrifice his life for the success of their mission. Before going through with it, Yoruga requested Asaka and Hiruga to swear to place his earring by the peach tree in their native country (Land of Haze) before he departed. He then used Haze Ninja Art: Forbidden Jutsu: Gate to the Afterlife to sneak his brothers into the castle. Yoruga's sacrifice gave his brothers renewed resolve to carry out their mission, and they made a promise to hang his earring from their old orphanage's peach tree.
Yoruga was a man of principle. He was a strong and reliable shinobi. Like his brothers, he would willingly sacrifice his life without a second thought for the sake of his brothers and his nation. Yoruga was a strong-willed man and did not hesitate to make a sacrifice in order to complete his missions.
Yoruga became the man he was because of the hardships he faced in his childhood. His rough and cruel childhood made him capable of treasuring any joy he could find in the world and sharing it with his brothers, as he knew what it was like to suffer.
Yoruga seemed the most carefree personality and laid back attitude among his brothers. He would often reminisce about all the memories that he shared with his brothers and was always looking forward to making new memories with them. He loved his brothers and his country. He was so extremely loyal to them that he willingly sacrificed his life without a second thought and with a carefree attitude to lead them to a prosperous future.
Yoruga was a young man with a fair skin tone, dark eyes, and long, dark purple hair that covered his back. He kept his hair tied with a band on his back. He wore a blue earring on his right ear. He wore a green, sleeveless robe with beige trimmings, a white shirt underneath, and a purple band wrapped around his waist. He wore a light, tannish green hood, dark pants, and sandals. He also kept his hands wrapped in white bandages. He also carried a tanto tied on his hip.
Yoruga was a skilled shinobi of the Land of Haze, training in their combat abilities and jutsus. He also carried a tanto, a small sword, with him, which indicates the possibility that he was trained in Kenjutsu, sword fighting techniques.
Like his brothers, he was also trained in the Kinjutsus of the Land of Haze. He excelled in Haze Ninja Art: Forbidden Jutsu: Gate to the Afterlife. This technique allows the user to summon a gateway that can presumably be used to send anyone wherever the user wants. It can be used to get through impenetrable barrier ninjutsu. The cost of the technique substantially accelerates the aging of the user until their death.
