Ami in Naruto

Ami’s background is shrouded in mystery. Her clan, lineage, or details about her clan or role in the series is still unknown. She had a very limited appearance in the manga and its anime adaptation. She first appeared in episode 41 of the original Naruto series, titled Kunoichi Rumble: The Rivals Get Serious!

She makes an appearance alongside Kasumi and Fuki in a flashback to Ino Yamanaka and Sakura Haruno's time at the Hidden Leaf Ninja Academy. Along with her two friends, she was bullying Sakura when Ino threw a flower into Ami’s mouth which she claimed was poisonous. This forced Ami and her friends to run away and complain to their teacher, Suzume. She also appears in the anime's flashback of Naruto's shuriken training.

After these appearances, Ami has not appeared since. Due to her lack of appearance, whether she is dead or alive has not been confirmed. As of now, Ami is presumed to be alive and well until any information comes to light suggesting otherwise.

Ami never had the chance to interact much in the series and did not have any significant role in the series. She just appeared in these flashback scenes. Based on her limited appearance, it can be said that Ami seems to be an arrogant young girl who likes to bully others like Sakura. She considers herself to be better than others and thinks of herself as superior, and thus she bullies Sakura.

Ami has brown eyes and purple hair that has been trimmed asymmetrically. She was wearing a dark blue dress with a marking on the left sleeve but no marking on the right, a striped shirt tied on top, at the neck and waist, paired with dark pants, and sandals.

Ami is a former student of the Hidden Leaf Ninja Academy. Despite this, she had a very limited appearance in the series and was never seen using any Jutsu or techniques. Due to the lack of information, the scale of abilities she has in her arsenal is unknown.
