Shizuku (Taki) in Naruto

Very little is known about Shizuku as her past is still shrouded in mystery. Based on the information at hand, Shizuku is a young girl from Takigakure, She also has a brother named Himatsu.

Shizuku made her on-screen debut in the Mission: Protect the Waterfall Village! OVA. In the OVA, Shizuku and her brother were first seen cleaning the pond with the assistance of Team 7 (Naruto Uzumaki, Sasuke Uchiha, and Sakura Haruno) except for Kakashi Hatake. Later, their mother steps out of the woods with a kunai stabbed in her back and informs them that their village is under attack.

The kids then stay with Sakura, tending to their mother’s injuries. Later, they are kidnapped by Suien, a rouge shinobi of Takigakure after they were attacked by Kirisame, his accomplice. Suien kidnapped the young kids to blackmail Shibuki who became the leader of Takigakure after his father’s demise and forced him to give up the Hero Water. Shizuku and Himatsu always had faith in Shibuki and believed that he will come to their rescue. Even though Shibuki was well-known for his cowardly nature, he came through in the end. Later, Naruto and Sasuke saved Shizuku and his sister with their joint efforts.

This is the only incident where Shizuku made an appearance and she hasn’t reappeared since. Due to the lack of information, it is hard to determine whether she is still alive or not. For the time being, Shizuku is believed to be alive and well until any additional information comes to light suggesting otherwise.

Shizuku is a young and kind girl. In the OVA, it was shown that Shizuku has unwavering faith in Shibuki, no matter the situation and she admires Shibuki as a true hero and a great leader.

Shizuku is a young girl who has brown hair that is cut short to the neck and has bangs that dangle over the left side of her face just above her left eye. She also has two pigtails and long sideburns. Her eyes are a shade of gray. She's dressed in a pink, zip-up outfit that resembles a vest with a yellow outline, with a pair of black, knee-length tights underneath.

Shizuku is a young girl and based on the information at hand, she never received any formal combat training.

Apart from the OVA, Shizuku also appears in the light novel with the same title as the OVA, “Mission: Protect the Waterfall Village!”
