Teguse lives in the Land of Waves, which is a poor village that does not have much financial stability. He appeared in the anime when Sakura Haruno and Tazuna went to a shop to buy food ingredients. He tried to steal Sakura's purse, but Sakura mistook it and thought he was trying to touch her butt, and because of that, she kicked him hard, which made him lose some teeth.
Teguse is a greedy thief, as he tries to steal Sakura's money.
Teguse wears a black trench coat and a green hat. He has a thick mustache and is bald.
