Toki with other Shinobazu members broke into Todoroki and Akio’s home, and killed their parents. Years Later, when Gantetsu left the group and got caught by the Land of Forests Police, Toki, Monju and Shura planned to rescue Gantetsu so they could ask about the money he hid.

Toki made a canal that diverted the path with his drilling device ability and then Monju used his Murderous Grasp to split the ship in half, which was taking Gantetsu as a criminal for trails. Toki, alongside other gang members of Shinobazu, tried to take Gantetsu away but Naruto Uzumaki and Todoroki stopped him because they were given the task of guarding Gantetsu if his gang tried to take him back.

Toki (Shinobazu) prepared a trap so Naruto, Todoroki and Gantetsu would fall but Naruto used his Shadow transformation Technique to fool Toki. Naruto attacked Toki the first time with his Rasengan but failed to hit him. The second time, with the help of Gantetsu, he was able to direct hit Toki with his Rasengan which sent him flying into the rocks around the canal.

Toki was arrogant and made fun of others. He used to think that he was the smartest and his skills were the best and because of that, he was defeated by Naruto.
