Tatsumi in Naruto

Tatsumi is from an unknown village and she started to wander around after her mother died. She heard the rumors that there is a place in the mountains of the Land of Water where people get to meet the dead.

Tatsumi had an argument with her mother before she died from an unknown illness and she regrets it because she was not able to talk to her for the last time. This is one of the reasons she wanted to meet her dead mother, but because she does not know the exact place and did not have money, she started to live secretly in the hot spring resort of the Land of Hot Water, where Mirai Sarutobi, Kakashi Hatake, Might Guy, and Tenten came.

Tatsumi tried to scare them by pretending to be a ghost, but they found out that the ghost in the resort was all Tatsumi’s doing. When Tatsumi told them that she wanted to visit all the hot springs her mother wished to go to before she died, Mirai and others agreed to help her.

Tatsumi with the Konoha shinobi started to move to the next hot spring but when they reached there, they saw a huge boulder over the core of the hot spring spot. An old lady welcomed them and told them that it had been months since it had been there but they were unable to attract any tourists.

Kakashi told Tatsumi and Mirai that Choji Akimichi would come and move the boulder but when he came, he was hungry and wanted to eat chips. Tatsumi and Mirai made the potato chips for him and after that, Choji moved the huge boulder.

Later that night, Tatsumi asked Mirai if she wanted to see her father. Then she said that her actual plan was to visit the cave in the mountains where she could meet her dead mother.

Tatsumi and Mirai reached the cave in the mountain where they met Ryuki, who is a follower of Hidan and Jashin. She drank the water that Ryuki told her to drink so she could meet her mother, but it was actually a drug.

Mirai was able to know this but then Ryuki used his Curse Technique: Body Controlling Manipulated Blood on Tatsumi to control her. Kakashi came to attack Ryuki with his kunai which made his technique on Tatsumi come undone.

After Ryuki was captured, Tatsumi parted ways from the Konoha nin and told them that she will not visit the other hot springs.

Tatsumi is a kind young woman who doesn’t want to hurt anyone. Because she has no money, she lives secretly in the hot spring resort.

Tatsumi has long blonde hair and teal eyes. She has fair skin and wears a white Kimono. She also carries a blue bag in which she keeps her mother's photo frame. She ties a belt around the waist with a ribbon-like knot.
