Mitate in Naruto

Mitate is Konohagakure medical shinobi who works in the Medic Corps. He was the one who talked to Might Guy about Rock Lee's injury after Gaara defeated Rock Lee in the first Chunin exam of the Naruto series. In the match against Gaara, Lee opened the Five Inner Gates of Chakra and because of that, some bones in his legs and hands were broken. Mitate told Might Guy that Lee’s shinobi days were over.

Later in the anime, Mitate, alongside Mogusa, Iyashi, Kusushi, and a few other Medic Corps are seen treating and taking Asuma Sarutobi and Kurenai Yuhi to Konoha hospital after they got injured fighting against Mizuki.

Mitate again appeared in the anime when Naruto brought Menma to Konoha hospital after he saw Menma unconscious around the river area where Naruto went to get bamboo for his Ramen. Mitate used Time Reversal Technique (Back To The Past Jutsu) to recover Menma's memory, but failed.

Mitate is a calm and composed person, which helped him to be a great medical-nin. He is more logical than emotional.

Mitate wears a Konoha Medical-nin outfit and a white high-collar zipper jumpsuit with the Konoha sign head protractor patched on its forehead. He has thin black eyebrows and black eyes.

Mitate is a highly skilled Medical-nin and one of the Medic Corps' lead members. In the anime, he also performed Time Reversal Technique (Back to the Past Jutsu) on Menma to recover his memory. He also has great control over chakra flow, as all Medical-nin do.
