Kazamatsuri was a part of Konohamaru’s group in the Naruto series and has always been seen hitting or correcting Konohamaru's immature acts. She is also the captain of Team 10, which consist of Inojin Yamanaka, Shikadai Nara, and Chocho Akimichi
|First Appearance in Anime||Naruto: 20|

Before the start of the Chunin Exams, she was spotted with Konohamaru, Udon Ise, and Naruto Uzumaki. She was taken by an unidentified Shinobi who was actually Iruka testing Naruto, but she was ultimately saved. She later runs into Temari and Kankuro, who are not friendly. Moegi, Konohamaru, and Udon in the anime interviewed the taking part genin soon before the second phase of the Chunin Exams began.
Moegi, Konohamaru, and Udon helped the crowd to go to safe places when Orochimaru invaded Konoha. She was also seen in the academy test mission in which all the genin led the students, and her leader was Naruto.
At the beginning of Part II, Moegi becomes a genin and makes an appearance with the rest of Team Ebisu. She had just returned from a search expedition for a lost cat in time to welcome Naruto back to the village. Later, when Tsunade enters, she is present with the rest of her squad and announces that she has accidentally given them an S-rank mission.
When Konohamaru showed off his Sexy: Girl on Girl Technique, Moegi appeared with a furious look on her face. She beats him up for creating such a nasty and stupid technique, sending him flying with her fist, reminding many of Sakura. Sakura is the one who strikes Konohamaru in the manga.
When Pain's Assault began, Moegi was there. She was eating Dango with Udon when they unexpectedly witnessed an explosion. She then meets with her team to discuss how they can evacuate the locals and what they should do about the invasion.
It is revealed in a flashback from the Paradise Life, on a Boat arc, that she became separated from the rest of her squad during the invasion and had to save a young kid from one of the Pain's enormous centipedes.
Moegi, Konohamaru, and Udon decide to assist the people of Konoha after observing how they are preparing for battle. Konohamaru puts in a lot of effort, but Moegi warns against going overboard because they are only a Genins and suggests switching up their hobbies throughout the conflict.
Then, turning to Sakura, who moves the boxes first, be angry with them for treating the conflict too lightly. Shikamaru talks after Moegi, who supports Sakura's choice, but gets no response.
Moegi watches the three boys approaching Temari, while being led by Kotetsu and Izumo, and hides in the bushes after accompanying Konohamaru to speak with Tsunade but not being successful. Shikamaru was alerted when Moegi and Udon fled, telling him Konohamaru was in jeopardy. When Konohamaru was preparing to utilise his Rasengan against Temari, Moegi accompanied Shikamaru and Udon.
Shikamaru hits the ground after deflecting the blow. When Moegi ran over to Konohamaru to check on him, she slapped him after noticing his attitude. The story starts with Moegi rescuing a kid who was in peril during Pain's invasion of Konoha.
She then breaks down in tears, telling Konohamaru to stop acting as though he wanted the war and instead concentrate on aiding the village's elderly and young people. Finally, Konohamaru swears to defend the community and asserts that he will one day defeat Naruto in the words of his friends.
When pupils couldn't finish an obstacle course with all three members in the allotted time, Moegi failed them during a class along with Shino and Konohamaru. Instead, she talked to the two about the children's progress and thought Iwabee and Boruto were interesting. Then, when the topic of conversation switched from Boruto to Naruto, she stopped Konohamaru from boasting about the Hokage.
Moegi and Udon then informed the Hokage that his son was up to another joke, this time painting the faces of the Hokage Rock and messing with the plans for the next Kage Summit.
Gekko organised the Byakuya Gang, a band of owl-masked thieves who preyed on the wealthy and then sold the items to give the earnings to the needy in outlying districts, which earnt them the reputation of being honourable thieves.
Their acts have ultimately resulted in them receiving a lot of support from different Land of Fire citizens. Moegi joined her fellow shinobi in attempting to calm the scene. In the end, it was found that some of the protesters were under genjutsu. The genjutsu was defeated with the assistance of Moegi.
This, alongside Naruto's speech, was successful in putting an end to the rioting in a calm manner. Later, Moegi held a discussion with Konohamaru, Udon, Shino Aburame, and Hanabi Hyuga on whether or not they should allow their students to participate in the upcoming Chunin Exams.
Moegi made a choice to give entrance forms to her team as the Chunin Exams came closer because she felt confident in their preparation.
Tomaru and Ashina, the stars of a well-known TV drama, received a murder threat if they kept filming their show. Team 10 was tasked with defending the actors with Team 7. Tomaru was put under the supervision of Moegi and her group.
A masked Ame-nin invaded the set later while it was being filmed. Following the attacker's escape, Konohamaru and Moegi looked into what happened. They came to the conclusion that either the attacker had an inside informant or had done thorough research on the location based on how easily he passed through security.
Later, the masked assassin was successful in capturing Tomaru. Ashina was instructed to provide the 20 million Ryo asked in the ransom note. Ashina was identified as the perpetrator of the attacks during the exchange because she was desperate to restore her acting career. Konohamaru had already apprehended the assailant and assumed the identity of the Ame-nin.
She sought to detonate the region in a last-ditch bid to maintain her fame by concealing the truth. The explosive tags detonated as Konohomaru prevented her from deploying them, producing a landslide, from which Moegi protected the onlookers with an Earth-Style Wall. Ashina was caught shortly after that.
Moegi ignored Chocho's attempt to ask her the reason why every join in the hamlet was assembling. Konohagakure appeared to have been betrayed by Mitsuki, and the community was put under lockdown. Nevertheless, Boruto and Sarada chose to go quietly and look for Mitsuki. The two genin were to be located and brought back by Team 10.
They were able to catch them the next day. The two attempted a decoy with Boruto's shadow clones after they made a distraction because they wouldn't return peacefully. Jonin and her pupils were able to divide up Team Moegi as a result. The shadow clones that served as decoys were Moegi's swift prey.
She was stopped on her way back to her team by a cloaked attacker (Suigetsu). She was still fighting him when all of a sudden, he backed off. Moegi realised right away that he was a distraction and soong discovered a note that said only "Sorry" when she arrived at her students' last known location. Moegi was furious when she learned that her students had chosen to support Boruto and Sarada.
She went back to the village to report. Shikamaru concluded that Shikadai, like him, realised that something about Mitsuki's seeming treachery didn't make sense and desired to discover the truth after observing what her classmates did. Later, Moegi pretended to be a guard since she thought the attackers would try to kill the surviving guards once again to hide their tracks.
Then, as a brainwashed Yurito attempted to poison her, the suspicions turned out to be right. Moegi and Sakura surrounded him, but he escaped by using the poison as a smokescreen.
The head scientist of the group, Amado, who showed up in Konoha as Naruto and Sasuke were recuperating from a near-death encounter with the leader of Kara. He forced Moegi and the other Konoha-nin to approach him by holding Shikadai hostage. The man made it plain that he could blow up a bomb on Shikadai whenever he wanted, despite the fact that Moegi first caught him in her Earth Release technique.
When Amado requested to speak with him, Shikamaru was offered communication using the Mind Body Transmission Technique. Amado firmly declared his intention to desert Konoha while revealing all of his knowledge of Kara and its assets, including their Ten-Tails and Otsutsuki. Amado was brought in on the Hokage's directive for questioning.
In order to improve morale and encourage the recruitment of additional chunin after Isshiki's attack, Naruto decided to hold another Chunin Exam. Throughout the second part of the test, Moegi served as the proctor. After the tests were finished, Moegi presented her colleagues with dinner at Yakiniku Q as a reward for their hard work.
Moegi was one of the calm and collected kids unless Konohamaru did something foolish. She used to be angry and punch Konohamaru for his foolish acts like sexy Jutsu and over his stupid plans in Naruto part 1. In part 2, she showed her bravery and skill as when Pain assaulted Konoha, she saved a young boy Sota and helped other villagers to be in safe places.
Due to her team's indiscretions or when they disobeyed her orders, such as when they voluntarily abandoned their mission to catch Team Konohamaru and instead teamed up with them in their search for the missing Mitsuki, Moegi has grown rather strict.
Additionally, she frequently makes fun of her old teammate Konohamaru by reminding him how like they are brothers and how Boruto Uzumaki frequently defies him because of their closer bond.
Moegi, along with the other Konohamaru Shinobi Squad members, wore goggles in the first Naruto series part, just like Naruto did when he was an academy student. Her orange hair is pulled back into two enormous pigtails and secured with crimson elastics. She also blushes all the time.
Moegi, in Naruto Shippuden, is dressed in grey trousers and the traditional Shinobi sandals, with a pink t-shirt layered underneath a red tank top on top. She still has pigtails in Part II, but she's sporting a Konohagakure forehead guard. She's wearing a violet t-shirt underneath a purple vest with no sleeves. Along with the layered skirt, Moegi is wearing mid-calf boots.
Moegi, in Boruto, has her hair tied casually at both sides with a ribbon. She left her constant blush and now has bangs that frame her face. She has a red ribbon around her neck and is wearing a pink, sleeveless shirt. She also wears tiny ring earrings and a black bracelet on her left wrist.
Moegi is dressed like an active jonin and is covered with a light vest and a dark, sleeveless jumpsuit that reaches her knees. She also wears a black bracelet on each hand, a Konoha forehead protector around her neck, and high-heeled sandals. Her eyes also seem to be a deeper shade of purple.
As a Genin, she was strong and fast as she saved Sota from the giant centipedes with her fast movement. As an adult, she grew into one of the best Jonin in Boruto and Captain of team 10.
Although of no utility, Moegi could perform the Sexy Technique in concert with Konohamaru and Udon while a student at the Academy. She acquired a wider range of more effective skills as an adult as she was sensory-gifted and could employ the Penetration Technique.
By the time she reaches adulthood, Moegi is able to use both Earth Release and Water Release natural transformations. She can use the first to launch a volley of water bullets and the second to build a formidable defence wall to block a rock avalanche from a distance.
Moegi can utilise the Wood Release by fusing the Earth and Water elements through yet-to-be-disclosed techniques, which enables her to perform the Wood Release: Technique for Verdure and Wood Release: Vegetation Barrier.
Moegi can be seen among the villagers in Naruto's flashback to them when he was gathering natural energy to enter Sage Mode.
