Both this fruit and the spinosaurus Zoan were originally taken from Kaidou by Ulti, who consumed both of them in order to strengthen herself and her brother Page One so they could survive in the Beasts Pirates. The fruit’s appearance is unknown.

The main ability of this fruit is that it allows the user to transform into a full and hybrid pachycephalosaurus, a bipedal, herbivorous dinosaur known for its incredibly thick, resilient skull roof. Ulti gains more than three times her normal height in the Human-Beast form alone, and she is significantly larger in her complete Beast Form, at least equalizing the size of her brother’s full spinosaurus form.

Similar to the other models of the Ryu Ryu no Mi, this fruit greatly boosts physical strength for the user. While in full pachycephalosaurus form, Ulti is able to hold targets down despite having proportionally smaller arms.

In addition to strength, the user becomes significantly faster in their lighter hybrid form, in part because of their stronger dinosaur legs. The impact force of Ulti’s assaults increases proportionally as a result of her ability to jump rapidly through the air at high speeds, and she can also casually escape incredibly fast-moving attacks by disappearing from sight.

The transformation causes the user’s skull to thicken and harden, which is ideal for Ulti considering her headbutting based fighting-style. She can potentially crush opponents’ skulls completely with headbutts while transformed, just as she can in human form, as well as knock large animals out cold by charging headfirst into them. She can also break through thick stone walls by charging headfirst into them in hybrid form.

The user’s transformation also significantly increases their endurance and speed of recovery, two qualities that are typical of dinosaur Zoans. Ulti was quickly able to regain consciousness after being knocked unconscious (in Beast Form) from a surprise blow that hit her skull. Aside from bleeding her mouth, she appeared unaffected. Ulti even survived lightning attacks until some point of time.

The fruit has no known weaknesses apart from the standard Devil Fruit flaws.

Ulti uses the fruit’s bestowed powers in battle. While still a human, she is a formidable melee fighter who can drastically improve her physical assaults, particularly her headbutts, by transforming. She only uses her hybrid and full dinosaur forms against enemies who she takes seriously since she believes that using her full pachycephalosaurus form against most enemies would be overkill and likely to result in significant collateral damage.
