Wanda in One Piece?

Past

When Wanda was a child, she heard about Gol D. Roger and told Pedro about it. He was shocked to hear the news.

Dressrosa Arc

Jack left Zou after he got to know about Donxiquote Doflamingo’s defeat. After Caesar was forced to neutralize the Koro gas, Wanda attacked Nami because she thought that they were with Jack. Nami told her that they were not with the enemy and later on, Sanji and the rest of the group treated the Minks and their wounds. Wanda then told them that Pekoms was an infamous delinquent on Zou and Capone Bege ran away from Nekomamaushi and Sanji. When Wanda tried to pursue him, Brook stopped her, saying that Sanji would come back even if they caught up to him. Later, Nekomamushi told Wanda and Carrot to not tell anyone about the incident in order to respect Nami and the rest of the group.

Zou Arc

When Luffy visited the Whale Forest, a bull mink named Roddy attacked him for trespassing. They fought until Wanda and Carrot intervened to break up the fight. Wanda told Luffy of a recent attack on Zou. When Luffy asked her about the pirate she had earlier mentioned, she said that it was Jack and told him that his obituary had been printed in the newspaper because it was believed that he had been killed during a raid on a Marine escort. She said that there was no proof of his death and that he might still be alive. Wanda said that Jack was looking for Raizo, a Wano ninja.

After Wanda had finished telling her past, Brook gave his crew an explanation of why they should just not bring up samurai or the Wano Kingdom. Wanda led them into Right Belly Forest after Law teleported the rest of Luffy's crew close to their location. Luffy was happy to be reunited with Nami and Chopper. Later on, Pedro took Luffy to Pekoms once they reached the Whale Forest. When Luffy questioned him about the marriage, Pekoms revealed that the Vinsmoke Family is a family of killers and that Sanji's father and Big Mom arranged the wedding to establish an alliance between their families. After this, the whole group left for Whole Cake Island to get Sanji back.

Wano Country Arc

After entering Wano Country, Wanda and Carrot went to visit Pedro’s grave. On the day of the Fire Festival when the all-out war on Onigashima took place, Wanda followed Carrot and they battled Perospero. As it was a full moon, they transformed into their Sulong forms and attacked and wounded him but later on, Wanda and Carrot were defeated by Perospero as they lost their Sulong form. After they recovered they realized that Nekomamushi had defeated Perospero. They both hugged Nekomamushi who told them to be careful in their Sulong form. After Kaido and Big Mom were defeated, they enjoyed the Flower Capital festival.

Wanda is known to be unprejudiced and judges people based on their personality and not how they look. She likes helping everyone but can say things without thinking. She is really emotional, which can affect her decision-making skills. As she is a canine mink, she has a habit of licking people’s faces as a way of showing affection, and she finds Brook tasty as he is made out of bones.

Wanda is a tan-furred, blonde-haired canine mink. She has dog ears, a dog snout and a large bushy tail. Wanda wore Nami’s long blue pants with a green-white striped bikini top and high heels. She also wears a blue cape and another blue cloth tied around her pants.

Later on, we can see Wanda wearing a light blue open-necked shirt with white shorts, calf-height brown boots, and a white cavalier hat. In Wano Country she wore a pink kimono. When she was young, Wanda had short hair with a small snout and wore a light pink dress with magenta shoes and a musketeer’s blue cape.

Wanda has a lot of respect for her fellow minks. She is a warrior and she can use Electro. She has large amounts of stamina which keeps her active at all times. She is resistant to toxins as she was able to stand and fight even after inhaling a deadly poisonous gas. She has a high level of skill in swordsmanship and can hold her own in a fight.

Sulong Form

As she is a part of the Mink Tribe, Wanda is able to awaken her Sulong form when she looks at a full moon. In this form, Wanda’s strength, speed, agility, Electro, and fighting abilities are heightened. This form can cause severe exhaustion if they use this form for too long. She can get back to her normal form by blocking her eyes from the moonlight.

Weapon

Wanda is seen using a cutlass through which she channels Electro, and also carries a stick of dynamite.

Mink Tribe

Wanda has an immense level of love for her mink comrades; she was in tears at the Beasts Pirates' continuous massacre of her people and looked back on Jack's invasion's cruelty towards them with deep sorrow.

Inuarashi

Her reaction to Inuarashi's claim that a defeated warrior like him could not be called "the greatest warrior in the land" was to point out how he only lost due to being poisoned by the Koro gas. Despite this, she is incredibly caring and fiercely loyal to Inuarashi, to the point of crying when he woke up from his coma.

Carrot

Wanda is close friends with Carrot and was first worried when the minks were unable to locate her when she snuck onto the Thousand Sunny, but she later confessed that she was just relieved to know where she was. When Carrot was having self-doubt, she assured her that she trusted her as the town's new ruler and that she had her support.

Straw Hat Pirates

Wanda is extremely thankful to the Straw Hats for coming to Zou first since they prevented the Mokomo Dukedom from being completely destroyed. Later, when Wanda learned that Monkey D. Luffy had entered the Whale Forest without permission, she hurried to put an end to a fight and said that he had no intent to harm anyone and had just forgotten to ring the Bell of Welcome. Wanda led him to the Right Belly Fortress while addressing any questions he had. Wanda frequently licks Luffy's face, showing how attached she is to him. She has to protect him and the other Straw Hats, just like the other Minks, because Jack would have killed off the Mink Tribe if Luffy hadn't stopped Doflamingo.

Jack

Wanda was traumatized by Jack's invasion and the amount of damage he inflicted, and seeing the damage made her cry. She vowed never to forget what Jack had done.
