The major strength of this devil fruit is that it allows the user to turn their targets into pieces of art. This can be done by the user by creating a thought cloud and then aiming at the target. When this hits the target, they lose their basic functions. The user can also turn the object back to normal via the same method.
One weakness of this devil fruit is that if the user is unconscious, the attacked person turns back to normal. Other than that, they have the standard devil fruit weakness, that is not being able to swim.
