Biscuits Island is one of the 34 islands surrounding Whole Cake Island and makes up Totto Land, the territory of the Emperor of the Sea, Big Mom. The island is governed by Big Mom's 10th son and 15th child, Charlotte Cracker.
Biscuits Island is the sixth island in the secret route used by the Charlotte Family siblings to reach Whole Cake Island.

Biscuits Island is one of the 34 islands surrounding Totto Land, the main territory of Big Mom, an Emperor of the Sea. Not a lot is known about its history. Cookie Town is the only known city located on Biscuits Island.
It is believed that Biscuits Island's infrastructure is modeled after the giant versions of its name, which is the case for almost every island in Totto Land. Biscuits Island's structures are most probably designed after giant biscuits.
It is stated that Biscuits Island became a part of Big Mom's territory less than 62 years ago. Charlotte Linlin, aka Big Mom, is said to have altered the appearance of the island with her Soru Soru no Mi (Soul-Soul Fruit) and Streusen's Kuku Kuku no Mi (Cook-Cook Fruit) devil fruit powers. Charlotte Cracker, Big Mom’s 15th child and the Minister of Biscuit, was put in charge of Biscuits Island.
In the Whole Cake Island Arc, the Sanji Retrieval Team passed by Biscuits Island on their way to Whole Cake Island following Charlotte Pudding’s directions.
The information regarding the inhabitants of Biscuits Island has yet to be made available. Big Mom Pirates are the only known affiliates.

A. Charlotte Cracker is the 10th son and 15th child of the Emperor of the Sea, Big Mom. He is one of the Three Sweet Commanders of the Big Mom Pirates. He is the Minister of Biscuits of Totto Land. Big Mom appointed him to govern Biscuits Island. Based on his actions in the storyline, he is a major antagonist in the Whole Cake Island Arc.
A. The Whole Cake Island Arc ended with the successful departure of the Straw Hats and their companions from Totto Land in episode 877, titled “The Parting Time - Pudding's Last Wish.”
