The Cactus Saloon was a run-down structure in a barren desert. The reason for the building's abandonment is unknown. After the defeat of the Baroque Works, the remaining Baroque Works’ free officer agents discovered it. The structure was fixed up and turned into the second Spiders Cafe.

The former members of Baroque Works started a new Spiders Cafe by renovating the structure that once housed the Cactus Saloon during the Baroque Works mini-arc. Zala, Marianne, Babe, Drophy, Lassoo, Gem, and Mikita are known members.
