Caimanlady has the characteristics of a caiman. Once she ate the devil fruit, the front half of a caiman emerged from the back of her lower leg. He fed the SMILE users Gifters which made them strong and powerful. The SMILE fruit is in the shape of an apple with yellow and medium yellow dots on them.
