Fruits Island is one of the 34 islands surrounding Totto Land, the main territory of Big Mom, an Emperor of the Sea. Not a lot is known about its history. Punch Town is the only known city located on Fruits Island.

It is believed, like most of the islands in Totto Land, the island's infrastructure is modeled after the giant versions of its name, which would be fruits in this case.

It is stated that Fruits Island became a part of Big Mom's territory less than 62 years ago. Charlotte Linlin, aka Big Mom, is said to have altered the island's appearance with her Soru Soru no Mi (Soul-Soul Fruit) and Streusen's Kuku Kuku no Mi (Cook-Cook Fruit) devil fruit powers. Later, Charlotte Compote, the Yonko’s eldest daughter and the Minister of Fruits, was appointed to govern the Fruits Island.

The information regarding the inhabitants of Fruits Island has yet to be made available. Big Mom Pirates are the only known affiliates.
