Futoru Island is one of the 34 islands surrounding Totto Land. Kossori Town is the only known city located on Futoru Island.
It is stated that, according to the current timeline, Futoru Island became a part of Big Mom's territory less than 62 years ago. Charlotte Linlin, aka Big Mom, is said to have modified the island's appearance with her Soru Soru no Mi (Soul-Soul Fruit) and Streusen's Kuku Kuku no Mi (Cook-Cook Fruit) devil fruit powers.
Later, Charlotte Mobile, the Yonko’s 54th child, the Minister of Tasting of Totto Land, was appointed to govern Futoru Island.
The information regarding the inhabitants of Futoru Island has yet to be made available. Big Mom Pirates are the only known affiliates.
