The Gorilla SMILE grants the user the physical characteristics of a gorilla. When Mizerka had the Gorilla SMILE, she had a gorilla emerge from her, whose name was Gorishiro. When Briscola ate the Gorilla SMILE, a gorilla emerged from his left hand. The SMILE Fruit was made to grant the user the power of animal transformation, like the Zoan-type Devil Fruit.

When Mizerka had the Gorilla SMILE, she had a gorilla emerge from her whose name was Gorishiro. She also possesses a lot of physical strength and can throw an array of powerful punches at her enemies. When Briscola had the Gorilla SMILE, his gorilla had an enormous amount of strength that could shatter the ground. His gorilla can even punch rapidly. His punches can easily break through stones too.
After eating the Gorilla SMILE, Mizerka and Briscola have enhanced physical abilities and can hold down power opponents. They possess abilities of high resilience.
