Guanhao in One Piece

Guanhao is an island located in the first half of the Grand Line, known as Paradise. It is stated that the World Government uses Guanhao as a training facility for future Cipher Pol generations. On the island, Rob Lucci, who later gained the nickname ‘Massacre Weapon’, and the other members of CP9 trained until they were powerful enough to be full-fledged agents.

CP9’s Independent Report revealed that Lucci and other CP9 members went to St. Poplar, also known as the Town of the Spring Queen, to get better before returning to Guanhao. Very Good, a Marine Captain and a devil fruit user went after them, but he was outclassed easily.

The island of Guanhao was used by the World Government as a training camp for future Cipher Pol agents. These seven Cipher Pol agents, all members of CP9, are the only known affiliates.

Guanhao is an island covered by a dense forest. There is only one known building on the island, a high tower with trees on its roof.
