History of Guru Guru no Mi

Buffalo was 17 years old when he ate the Guru Guru no Mi. He is then seen using these powers on top of the birdcage on Minion Island.

Appearance of Guru Guru no Mi

As the fruit hasn't yet been shown in the anime, we don't know a lot about its appearance.

Strengths and weaknesses

The Guru Guru no Mi allows its user to transform any part of their body into propellers that rotate at high speeds. The force of the spinning is strong enough to allow propelled flight for the user for long distances. It helps them carry objects or launch at them, and also creates powerful windstorms.

The weakness of this fruit is that the user's rotational parts can be damaged by twisting the parts themselves. The other weakness is the standard devil fruit weakness that other devil fruit users have, i.e. that they cannot swim.

Usage

Buffalo uses his devil fruit powers where he can turn himself into a mode of transportation. He also uses his power to launch team attacks with Baby 5. He also uses his power to rapidly rotate his legs in a vertical way like roller skates.

Techniques

The techniques used by Buffalo are:

Toppu: Matasaburo

In this technique, Buffalo spins around to make a gust of wind that is powerful enough to disperse Shinokuni.

Guru Guru Toshaho

This is a combination technique with Baby 5. When Baby 5 transforms into a large missile, Buffalo spins his arms around his body to throw her against the enemy. The speed and Baby 5's ability to move in midair to dodge incoming attacks makes this technique quite hard to avoid and powerful.
