History

Past

Inazuma came from the South Blue and was a Revolutionary. After being imprisoned in Level 5 of Impel Down due to his membership, he was set free by his friend Emporio Ivankov, who guided him to Level 5.5, "Newkama Land".

Impel Down Arc

Inazuma and the people of Newkama Land saw Luffy and his friends' antics on the monitors they had broken into as they began to cause trouble in Impel Down. Following Luffy's transfer to Level 5, Inazuma as a man walked through the forest and saw Mr. 2 and Luffy's violent run-in with some wolves.

Following their meeting and Luffy's application of Haki, Inazuma brought them before Ivankov. Luffy, who was severely poisoned, requested them to assist Mr. 2 in spite of his own state before his boss.

This really touched Inazuma and Iva, who made the decision to assist them. After ten hours and an unexpected sexual encounter thanks to Iva, Inazuma encountered Mr. 2 who had woken up in Newkama Land. She was there with her commander, explaining things to the ballet dancer. Among the justifications she gave Mr. 2 was the one about Luffy going through an agonizing procedure to rid himself of Magellan's poisons with the help of Iva's Devil Fruit abilities. Luffy had another hormone injection and ten more hours of hard recuperation.

When Inazuma and the people of Newkama Land realized how quickly the young pirate had recovered from such a torturous therapy, they were taken aback. The young pirate unintentionally disclosed that he is the son of Monkey D, the group's leader, after he emerged from therapy. Dragon and Iva believed that Portgas D. Ace, who was about to be put to death, was also Dragon's son. Due to their miscommunication, they both came to the conclusion that it was time to leave Impel Down and volunteered to help Luffy save Ace from Level 6.

Inazuma and the others discovered that it was too late; Ace had already been taken from his cell after they battled their way to Level 6 and avoided all of the traps along the way. They attempted to use the rapid elevator that would take them straight to the first floor of Impel Down out of desperation. But the lift was too far away, and its shaft became plugged.

They descended a bad staircase that was abruptly barred and closed off. It was leaking sleeping gas, which made things worse. Luckily, Inazuma managed to stop the sleeping gas by chopping up floor slabs and using them to seal the hole. Driven by Luffy's tenacity, Inazuma and the other members of the gang resolved to carry out the rescue even though it appeared that all that needed to be done was get Luffy out of Impel Down since Ace was too far away.

They chose to enlist the aid of Crocodile and Jinbe, two inmates from Level 6, as they were preparing to do so. After Jinbe joined them without restriction and Iva used extortion to pressure Crocodile into staying loyal, Inazuma unlocked their cells and set them free.

Using Crocodile's Devil Fruit abilities on the ceiling, Inazuma and the others managed to escape after slicing through more of the floor and creating a route. After making it to the floor above, Inazuma got along with the other Newkama Land citizens and started a disturbance within the jail to help Luffy and his companions escape. Inazuma and the others were able to repel the prison guards and make steady headway as they made their way up Impel Down and liberated other inmates to increase their numbers.

They were not put off, not even after the Blugori and the Demon Beasts of Impel Down were defeated. But just as Luffy was ready to overcome Hannyabal and advance to Level 3, something unexpected happened. Suddenly, Marshall D. Teach and his troops were facing Inazuma and the others. It appears that the Blackbeard Pirates chose that exact moment to launch their attack on Impel Down, right before Inazuma and the others broke out into a riot, and that's when their troops happened to come into contact.

Luffy and Blackbeard engaged in a quick battle before Inazuma and the others made it to Level 3. Ivankov, who stayed to face Magellan, gave the order for him to cut the stairs to Level 2. Inazuma remained in front of the steps, waiting for Iva, refusing to go to Level 1 with the other inmates. However, Magellan approached him instead, and with ease used poison to vanquish him. Thankfully, Ivankov scooped up Inazuma. Using Iva's Hell Wink to push them up the jail, they swiftly caught up with the rest of their companions on top of Impel Down, even though they were both barely alive from being vanquished by Magellan's poison.

After catching up to the other allies, Magellan attacked them using his most potent tactic, leaving Inazuma and the others with little time to recover. Just as Magellan cornered them all at the pier, they all followed Jinbe's advice over the Den Den Mushi and clung on to Iva's enormous head, blasting their way into the water with another Hell Wink. Despite the fact that the seas around Impel Down are home to a Sea King's nest, Jinbe appealed for help from a school of whale sharks, who thankfully spared them.

Marineford Arc

When Inazuma was transported to Marineford by escape ship, his poisons were healed. Ivankov makes the decision not to employ his tension and healing hormones, arguing that Inazuma is a revolutionary of great importance and that this method may have a variety of negative repercussions in addition to reducing lifetime. Iva chooses to hold off until Inazuma fully recovers.

Inazuma, who had been hidden in Ivankov's hair since the boat crashed into the fight, finally surfaced at the conclusion of the Marineford conflict. Then he utilised his Devil Fruit abilities to make Luffy a path to Ace's Execution platform. He let Luffy go ahead and stood behind with Ivankov to block any attempts to enter the passageway. Moving on down the passage, Luffy came into Garp, who scared Inazuma by demolishing a section of the bridge.

Later, the admiral exacted retribution on Ivankov and Inazuma, knocking both of them to the ground, after Ivankov used the Hell Wink on Akainu. Ivankov and the other okamas managed to flee on Boa Hancock's commandeered Marine vessel after the fighting. Ivankov and Inazuma arrived at Momoiro Island. She informed Ivankov, as a lady, that Baltigo had just placed a call.

Levely Arc

The Revolutionary Army relocated its headquarters to Momoiro Island following the Blackbeard Pirates' destruction of Baltigo. Inazuma sat next to Ivankov at the conference table, awaiting the arrival of all the revolutionary commanders.

Personality

Inazuma is a man who is mostly somber, collected, and nearly emotionless. He only expresses feelings in dire circumstances; for example, he is relieved to believe that Ivankov has survived his fight with Magellan, and he is terrified to learn that Ivankov has lost. In contrast to the male character, Inazuma is a pleasant and jovial lady.

In addition, unlike the majority of the other okamas portrayed in One Piece, Inazuma appears to lack the typical flamboyant personality of an okama, regardless of gender. In any personality type, he is devoted to Ivankov and often waits for orders before acting.

Appearance

Although Inazuma's appearance changes depending on their gender at the moment, its fundamental look remains the same for both genders. Inazuma's hair and clothing are partially white and partially orange. A noticeable scar that covers Inazuma's right eye is formed like a lightning bolt and is located above her brow.

Typically, Inazuma is seen holding a glass of wine in his left hand, striking a certain posture, and even holding the wine glass while employing his Devil Fruit talent.

In his male form, Inazuma always wears spectacles. Both his physique and mouth have a pronounced rectangular form. Inazuma's physique and mouth are more rounded, she wears spectacles over her forehead, and the scar appears to be moving more towards the right side of her head. Regardless of gender, Inazuma likewise exhibits the obvious habit of having his free hand out and flat next to him.

Inazuma’s abilities, strengths, and fighting style

As the Revolutionary Army's deputy leader, Inazuma has a great deal of power inside the group. His power in the G Army is surpassed only by that of Ivankov, his immediate superior. As a skilled fighter, Inazuma can fight while holding his glass of wine and keeping a rather jaunty posture.

He is a skilled physical fighter even if it seems like he uses his Devil Fruit powers most of the time. This was demonstrated when he kicked a wolf from the fierce Wolf Unit and sent it flying.

Inazuma’s special abilities

Devil Fruit

The Choki Choki no Mi is a Paramecia-type devil fruit. This allows the user to transform parts of their body into scissors and cut through any solid object. This fruit has the advantage of allowing the user to utilize any part of their body as scissors. After that, they can slice through solid things. Even though what they cut through keeps its density, the user may control it exactly like they would with paper once they've cut through it. Using the scissor blades to assault their adversaries, they may also use their environment to their advantage.

They can control their environment and even build robust defenses because of this. Even two broken pieces can be joined to create new objects. Inazuma uses his devil fruit strength for a variety of objectives, as we can see. He can cut stone slabs with it just like paper. These broken slabs behave like paper they're flexible and lightweight. In addition, he picks locks with his abilities.

Inazuma is extremely proficient in using the power of the devil fruit. Though it's too delicate to even hold his wine glass, his scissors are so keen they can cut through stone. Throughout his tenure at Impel Down, he has been spotted chopping down individuals.

Relationships

Emporio Ivankov

Ivankov's right-hand man, Inazuma, is incredibly devoted to him as seen by his decision to stay behind the escaping convicts to wait for Iva's return and his display of terror after learning that he had been defeated by Magellan. Moreover, he remained safe in his massive afro until Ivankov gave him the order to assault during the Whitebeard War.
