The main strength of this fruit is that it allows its user to become a full skin jacket that other people can wear, be it humans or animals. The user after being worn can control the person wearing them, also gaining their abilities and increasing their strengths. The user still maintains the ability to move and talk when they're in their jacket state. It's not said that they can force anyone to wear the jacket against their own will. The user can accommodate the size of the person that they are on easily.
This devil fruit doesn't have its own weaknesses other than the standard devil fruit weakness that is the inability to swim.
